Fatma Aydemir is a writer and journalist based in Berlin. Her novels Ellbogen (2017) and Dschinns (2022) have won several literary awards and were adapted as theatre plays on many stages. Aydemir works as a columnist and editor for the German daily newspaper taz.
Jon Cho-Polizzi is an educator and literary translator, working between Michigan, Northern California, and Berlin. His translations have been published in anthologies, journals, and periodicals, and two book-length translations are forthcoming in 2023. He is currently an Assistant Professor of German at the University of Michigan.
Hengameh Yaghoobifarah is a Berlin-based writer and journalist. Their debut novel Ministerium der Träumewas published in 2021. Habibitus, a collection of their columns of the same title along with additional essays, is coming out in 2023.
